At Biryani Mil Gayi, we strive to deliver the finest Mughal-themed culinary experience. Since our products are fresh and perishable, we adhere to the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
Immediate Window: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been accepted or started by our kitchen.
Post-Acceptance: Once the kitchen has accepted the order and began preparation, no cancellations will be permitted, and no refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.
Third-Party Platforms: For orders placed via Swiggy or Zomato, their respective cancellation policies will apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed under the following specific circumstances:
Incorrect Order: If the items delivered do not match your order (e.g., wrong type of biryani or missing items).
Tampered Packaging: If the food is delivered with the seal broken or the packaging significantly damaged.
Non-Delivery: If the order is marked as delivered but you have not received it (subject to verification with our delivery partner).
Canceled by Us: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen operational issues.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of Mind: Decisions based on personal taste preferences or if you change your mind after preparation has started.
Incorrect Address: Orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable.
Delayed Consumption: Quality issues arising from food being consumed several hours after delivery or improper reheating.
Late Delivery: While we aim for punctuality, slight delays due to traffic or weather are not grounds for a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To report an issue and request a refund/replacement:
Time Limit: Contact us within 45 minutes of the delivery time.
Evidence: Provide a clear photograph or a short "unboxing" video showing the issue (e.g., the wrong item or damaged seal).

5. Refund Processing
Verification: Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
