Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Biryani Mil Gayi, we are committed to ensuring that your premium biryani arrives fresh, hot, and on time. By placing an order through www.biryanimilgayi.com or our official WhatsApp storefront, you agree to the following delivery terms.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently serve select locations across Pune, Maharashtra.
Delivery availability is determined by your real-time location and our delivery partner’s reach. If your location is outside our serviceable zone, the system will notify you before payment.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 45 to 60 minutes of order confirmation.
Peak Times: During weekends, holidays, or heavy rain, delivery times may extend to 75–90 minutes. We appreciate your patience as we ensure our delivery partners drive safely.
Pre-Orders: For large party orders or specific time slots, we recommend placing your order at least 4 hours in advance.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between our kitchen and your delivery location.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on the occasion decided by mangement time to time within 3 Km radius.
All applicable delivery charges will be transparently displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.
4. Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order is prepared and handed over to our delivery partner (via our logistics orchestrator, Adloggs, various 3PL), you will receive a notification.
Live tracking links will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS where available, allowing you to monitor your biryani’s journey.
5. Handover Protocol
Accuracy: Please provide a precise address and a reachable phone number. Our delivery partners will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at your doorstep.
Contactless Delivery: In line with safety standards, you may request a "Contactless Delivery" where the package is left at your doorstep or with building security.
Unreachable Customers: If a delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or provided an incorrect address, the order will be returned to the kitchen. Due to the perishable nature of food, no refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Packaging and Quality
We use premium, spill-proof MICROWAVE SAFE packaging to maintain the temperature and aroma of our long-grain basmati rice and fresh ghee.
If you receive a package that is significantly tampered with or leaking, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
7. Third-Party Logistics
We partner with professional delivery fleets to fulfill orders. While we manage the preparation, the transit is handled by these partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic accidents, or road closures, but we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
